return it for a full refund.

We only ask that the unit be in a like new condition.
i.e., No rips, tears or stains.

In order to insure a prompt refund, the RA#
and your name must be noted on the outside of the box.

The only cost you would incur will be the return postage by UPS.
UPS costs range from $75 for a Twin mattress up to $165 for a King Size mattress.
Complete sets return cost vary from $125 to $285 due to the number of boxes.
For convenient UPS home pickup, we will be glad to issue return UPS labels and have UPS pick the packages up from your home. The UPS charge will be deducted from your refund and is in many cases cheaper than normal UPS rates.
*Please note that if you use 3rd party mailing centers, or ship them yourself, the cost may
be more as we receive discounts from UPS due to the volume of items we ship.
